The list will be updated for corrections or a couple of weeks after the
May 2016 Rating Supplement is released, as the webmaster has time.

Criteria to be on the list:
1)  Must have played in one rated Sacramento Chess Club Tuesday night event slower than G/30 in the last 12 months.
Participation in Sacramento Chess Club weekend events do not qualify for inclusion on these lists.
Juniors must have played in a rated Sacramento Chess Club Scholastic Event within the last 12 months.
2) Regular and Quick lists: one must have played in a Quick Chess (G/30 or faster time control) event and a Regular event.
3)  Junior list: one must live in the Sacramento area OR participate regularly at the Sacramento Chess Club.
4) On occasion, the webmaster will use his judgment in assembling the list.
