Lists are based on the June 2010 Rating Supplement.
The list will be updated for corrections or a couple of weeks after the
July 2010 Rating Supplement is released, as the webmaster has time.

Criteria to be on the list:
1)  Must have played in one rated Sacramento Chess Club Wednesday night event in the last 12 months.
Participation in Sacramento Chess Club weekend events do not qualify for inclusion on these lists.
Juniors must have played in a rated Sacramento Chess Club Scholastic Event within the last 12 months.
2) Regular and Quick lists: one must have played in a Quick Chess (G/29 or faster time control) event and a Regular event.
3)  Junior list: one must live in the Sacramento area OR participate regularly at the Sacramento Chess Club.
4) On occasion, the webmaster will use his judgment in assembling the list.
