I have two purposes for this site: 1) To learn more about putting together and maintaining a web site; 2) To provide a presence in the Internet world for the Sacramento Chess Club. There are other things in the world more important than this site and/or chess (in spite of what some might think). If I have to make a choice, this site and chess will take a back seat to the more important things of life. It is my intention to keep this site as current as possible within the constraints I have set for myself. As information changes or I learn new things, I will post updates.
